Ancient Colon Cleansing Evidence

Although the western civilization knew of colon cleansing for some time now, it was the Egyptians who had first discovered this procedure. The Egyptian papyrus scrolls reveal in detail just how this procedure was administered back then and what they thought it could cure. As evidence, the papyrus scrolls even documented procedures while they were being conducted showing the use of reed to direct river water into the rectum of the patient and using this to clean colon.
It was later on that the Western civilization got it from the Middle Eastern tribes and folk men who followed this in their shaman practices to cure diseases and get rid of high fever. However, once it came into western medicine, further research was conducted and this revealed its extra benefits and unheard of solutions to further rectify the treatment. Unfortunately, this process was discredited on a global scale by medicine and deemed unsafe to conduct because of many botched attempts that left people with severe drawbacks.
